We’re “foodies!” I love to cook & we both love to eat. Honestly, we’ve both struggled with weight throughout our adult lives. In 2021, Dolli had gastric bypass surgery. Since then, she has lost over 100 lbs & managed to maintain her weight. It took me a while to get on board, but I’ve dropped about 50 lbs since August 2022. Over last 2 years, we have changed our relationship with food – what we eat, how much we eat, & when we eat. We still enjoy food… a lot, but now we eat a diet heavy in protein & low in carbs & sugar as fuel for our bodies.
